Beckman Coulter FC500 MPL
A fully automated flow cytometer providing high levels of flexibility and adaptability and ideally suited to research applications.
Dual wavelength excitation is facilitated by the inclusion of both an argon and helium-neon laser (excitation at 488 and 633 nanometres respectively).
The instrument is fitted with a “Multi-Platform Loader” (MPL) and is able to perform fully-automated analyses on 10mm x 63mm Kahn tubes, 96-well microplates, and 6 and 12 well tissue culture dishes.
