GlycoGene developed a technology of glycan modification on proteins in vitro using human glycosyltransferases. Also it will be available to introduce any glycosyltransferase into cells and modify glycan structure on a protein.

GlycoGene successfully expressed most of recombinant human glycosyltransferases with tag for immobilizing enzymes on to resin which can be used for glycan synthesis or modification of glycoprotein or peptide.

GlycoGene synthesize active oligosaccharides with use of recombinant human glycosyltransferases. We can provide glycan libraries as well as simple glycans.
The glycan libraries are useful for analyzing of glycan binding profiles of proteins, such as receptors or cell surface lectin like molecules.

GlycoGene provide structural analysis service of glycans on a glycoprotein as well as a simple glycan profiling of purified proteins, cells and tissues. We can analyze both N-and O-glycans on a proteins or cells / tissue.
