Our 20,000 square foot Austin, Texas facility has 4,000 sq. ft. of clean room and provides Test Engineering Development, TEST, package assembly, device qualification, reliability testing and failure analysis. Our 15,000 square foot Penrose, Colorado facility is the largest dedicated tape and reel facility in the USA
Criteria Labs can provide complete product engineering service for our Fabless customers. Working with their design teams during tape out to create wafer test programs, probing first silicon, creating final package test software and hardware, developing device qual plans to finally tape and reeling devices for first product samples to their customers.
Criteria Labs is also MIL-PRF-38535/883 certified for Military and Defense electronic products.
