This is a Single-center, Single-arm, Phase II, Prospective Clinical Study Planning to Enroll 30 Patients With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma. Eligible Patients, After Signing the Informed Consent Form and Passing the Screening Process, Will Receive Envafolimab + Axitinib Treatment Until Disease Progression or Intolerable Toxicity (Treatment Duration Not Exceeding 24 Months). Clinical Tumor Imaging Assessments Will be Conducted Every 12 Weeks During the Treatment Process According to the RECIST V1.1 Criteria. Safety Will be Assessed Using CTCAE 5.0, With Adverse Events Recorded From Each Treatme
