Company diligence from public filings, on one page

Financing rounds and ownership from SEC filings, pipeline, patent exposure, upcoming decisions and FDA enforcement history for a company, each traceable to its filing.

Individual plan, $249/seat/mo. Card required.

The Funding page: headline figures for capital raised in the last 12 months, rounds and companies funded, above a filter by round type and a stacked bar chart of capital raised over time
The Funding page: capital raised across life-sciences companies, from SEC filings and NIH grants, with a chart of capital raised over time. Captured from production data on 2026-10-10.

The problem today

A first diligence pass means EDGAR for ownership and financing, ClinicalTrials.gov for the pipeline, FDA databases for quality history and a patent search for timing. The company appears under a different legal name in each. The memo is due before the reconciliation is finished.

Why this beats what you do now

  • The science beside the cap table. Pipeline and FDA history sit on the same company page as financials and ownership.
  • One company under its name variants. Subsidiaries and name variants are matched before you arrive.
  • Citations for the memo. Financing and financial figures link to the SEC filing they came from.
  • A published price. The Individual plan is published at $249/seat/mo and starts with a 14-day trial.

What you can answer

Pages marked free open without an account. The rest open in the product, starting with a 14-day trial.

What financing has a company disclosed?

Funding lists private placements and public offerings drawn from SEC filings, with NIH grants and SBIR/STTR awards alongside. A round's page shows its date, type and issuer. It adds the offering size where the filing states one and a link to the source filing on SEC EDGAR where one is on record.

Who owns or controls a company?

A company's ownership page keeps insider holdings, beneficial owners, institutional managers' 13F positions and adviser control bands as separate records, each built from SEC filings. Where a panel is empty it states which sources were checked and what they held.

Which advisers and funding agencies are in the ecosystem?

Investors lists life-sciences investors by regulatory assets under management, from SEC Form ADV advisers with their private-fund rollup, alongside the NIH funding agencies. All of it is public-domain data.

What has a company reported in its filings?

The Financial and Ownership page reports figures taken from the company's SEC filings, such as public float, revenue, net income, R&D spend and total assets, with a link to the filing. These are the figures the company reported, with no analyst forecasts mixed in.

What are the next value-inflection events?

The Calendar is a dated list of upcoming FDA decisions, each drawn from public SEC 8-K and 6-K filings and tied to a drug and sponsor where the match holds up, which gives a holding's regulatory events a date. The Individual plan adds the licensed Benzinga catalyst calendar, shown with its attribution.

What enforcement history does a manufacturer have?

FDA Enforcement collects inspections and Form 483s, warning and untitled letters, recalls, import refusals and debarments from public US FDA data, which gives a manufacturer's quality history a place in diligence. An item links to the organization's page when a record exists under that name.

Scope

Ownership comes from SEC filings, so it covers companies and holders that file with the SEC, and an empty ownership panel says which sources were checked. The investor directory and funding history are still growing. Patent Cliff sizes exposure by the revenue a company discloses for a drug and, where none is disclosed, by US Medicare spend.
