Obtaining quality and histopathological support is a problem researchers encounter and have to contend with on a daily basis, mainly because there is no alternative or other resources available. At Vel-Lab Research, we offer research laboratories with an alternatives to routine histology.

Our approach is simple, we work closely with each researcher individually to find out what his or her needs are. Vel-Lab Research differs from most histology laboratories in that we have a biomedical background rather than a histotechnical background. A routine histology lab as the name states is just that, routine. That works well in a clinical diagnostic environment however, that is not the case in a research environment. Our first objective is to discuss the project involved and get a good understanding of the experiments and the needs as well as the expectations of each individual investigator. We believe that nothing is impossible unless an honest attempt has been made to tackle the challenge. Therefore, with an open mind and attention to detail we are able to give researchers a new alternative approach to histopathology.
