The Oligo Factory offers custom DNA/RNA synthesis services with an emphasis on providing multi-mg to gram quantities of each. We offer most modifications as well as purification, including both ion-exchange and reverse phase HPLC.

Each oligo is analyzed by high performance analytical ion-exchange HPLC and by lc-mass spectrometry before shipment.

All oligo are ultrafiltered, to remove residual salts, and lyophilized for shipment.
