The Bioinformatics Core Facility provides its users at the Oslo University Hospital and the University of Oslo with a range of services within bioinformatics, including analysis of next-generation sequencing data, microarray data, protein structure analysis, statistical genomics and access to useful databases and web services.
The Bioinformatics Core Facility is partially funded by FUGE and the pan-European research infrastructure ELIXIR and collaborates closely with the National Bioinformatics Platform.
The facility collaborates with the Structural Biology Core Facility, the Microarray Core Facility and the Genotyping Core Facility.
