QS Pharma provides preformulation, formulation development and drug product manufacturing for small molecules. Analytical support includes method development, release testing, and stability. Preformulation includes thermal analysis, pH and surfactant solubility, partition coefficient, hygroscopicity, pKa, UV spectra, IR spectra, SEM, XRD, and excipient compatibility to name a few. We can formulate solutions and suspensions for GLP tox studies that provide a stepping stone into Phase 1 clinical supplies, whether that is in solution, suspension, or solid dose form. Our development in solid dosage forms use dry and wet granulation techniques, direct blend, powder fill into capsules or compression into tablets with coating. We also support liquid-fill into capsules. Many dosage forms require immediate release or modified-release formulations through matrix formulation development or functional coating systems. Our GMP area can support Phase 1 to commercial manufacturing as well as potent compounds. Our analytical laboratory supports all method development, release, and stability programs. We also have our own microbiology laboratory to support MLT testing.
