XenTech provides contract research services for the preclinical evaluation of cancer drug efficacy in patient-derived tumor xenografts (PDX). Our team delivers a high quality, flexible and tailored approach to all research objectives in preclinical oncology, whether a one-off service or a complete research program.

The range of services provided by Xentech includes:

  • dose finding
  • PK/PD
  • lead identification
  • and drug response biomarker identification.

A unique PDX collection
In vivo and in vitro assays are performed on tumor PDX models. XenTech's collection includes breast cancer (the world’s largest panel of breast cancer PDX), lung cancer (NSCLC and SCLC), colon cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreas cancer, melanoma, liposarcoma, glioma and liver pediatric tumors.

Highly characterized PDXs
We put a lot of effort into PDX characterization such as high-content molecular databases (gene expression, CNV, sequence checked mutations) and drug response profiles.
