The Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core Facility (PMSCF) of the Department of Clinical Research at the University of Bern provides a mass spectrometry service for the identification, relative quantification (non-targeted and targeted proteomics) and characterization of proteins. Furthermore, we can assist in lipidomics. The service is provided primarily to all academic research groups of the University of Bern as well as other institutions (academic and profit oriented). The Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core Facility (PMSCF) of the Department of Clinical Research at the University of Bern provides a mass spectrometry service for the identification, relative quantification (non-targeted and targeted proteomics) and characterization of proteins. Furthermore, we can assist in lipidomics. The service is provided primarily to all academic research groups of the University of Bern as well as other institutions (academic and profit oriented). Although our services are subject to fees, we request under certain instances co-authorship. Please refer to the authorship guidelines which were taken from the ABRF website. We guarantee an expert service based on many years of experience and state of the art equipment. Furthermore, we guarantee full confidentiality of your project and the analysis results.
