Neurostructural Research Labs carries out in depth morphometric analyes of dendritic branching and dendritic spines. We only need formalin-fixed tissue of animal (e.g., mouse, rat, dog, monkey, etc.) or human brains sent to us. We do everything else. We use *Golgi staining techniques*to impregnate neurons, prepare coded slides, and carry out quantitative analyses of dendritic branching(amount and distribution of the dendritic arbor, complexity of the dendritic domain) and dendritic spines (spine density and configuration).
Our collaborative studies -- with pharmaceutical, biotech, NIH, and academic labs -- have involved such topics as: Alzheimer's disease, brain aging and brain development, neurotoxicology, brain injury, neuropathology and neurological issues, and extrinsic and environmental effects on learning and memory.
We can evaluate neurons in cortex, hippocampus, striatum, cerebellum, etc. Our pricing is reasonable and cost-effective.
