All new medicines must be differentiated from standard of care. An underappreciated opportunity to differentiate medicines is through their pharmacological mechanisms of action-the fine details of how drugs work. An underappreciated opportunity to differentiate medicines is through their pharmacological mechanisms of action-the fine details of how drugs work. As a consultant I look to help clients identify opportunities to identify differentiated clinical candidates, to conduct due diligence on new opportunities, and prepare strategies to evaluate risks of current opportunities. I have over 30 years of experience working to identify opportunities to differentiate preclinical drug candidates based on their molecule mechanisms of action, and a broadly recognized expertise in this aspect of drug discovery.
