We are looking for various forms of collaborations and we offer our expertise in the field of behavioral neuroscience using our own methodology and techniques for a comprehensive characterization of behavioral changes that results from your newly discovered drug compounds, stem cells, or in your newly engineered genetically animal models.

We developed over the years a wide range of behavioral tests which cover various aspects of sensori-motor functions in addition to measuring fear, anxiety, social interaction, attention, learning and memory (check links listed on the left).

In any single test, one can assess various aspects of sensori-motor functions. There is no need of a battery of tests.
All our research experiments are conducted directly by Dr Ennaceur, and either one or two highly trained PhD or postdoc students.

Dr. Abdel Ennaceur have 30 years hands-on experience in mouse and rats behavior using per os, intraperitoneale, intracerebral and intracerebroventricular techniques for the administration of CNS agents (drugs, stem cells, virus vector).

In this website, we will be providing a selection of video clips from various experiments conducted in our lab so that you can appreciate the validity and value of our behavioral tests and testing methods which can be used for assessing behavioral phenotypes, determining drug targets and screening for the efficacy and side-effects of CNS therapeutics.

You are welcome to discuss and raise your questions with us, and we are happy to provide you with experimental evidence that support our research methodology and techniques. All our experiments are videotaped and we use our in-house tracking system (EventLog) to record in details animal activities. You are welcome to visit our lab and ask to view any part of a DVD record of an experiment.
