The Genomics lab was established within the Technology facility as part of the unique central support facility for bioscience research. The Genomics lab provides access to a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies. The facilities are not only available to researchers within the University of York but, some of the technologies and services, are also available to academic and industrial researchers from outside the University of York. The Genomics lab was established within the Technology facility as part of the unique central support facility for bioscience research. The Genomics lab provides access to a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies. The facilities are not only available to researchers within the University of York but, some of the technologies and services, are also available to academic and industrial researchers from outside the University of York.
We provide a range of access options - from using the equipment yourself to the Genomics lab dedicated expert staff undertaking experiments on your behalf. The Genomics lab also provides various training opportunities - including, but not limited to, one-to-one instruction, extended visits, tailored training and hands-on courses.
