Beijing Protein Innovation (BPI) is a bio-tech company which was founded in April 2003, the company is located at the airport industrial zone which is near the Beijing National Capital International Airport. The main businesses of BPI are focused on the protein-based products and services. The products include over thousands of full length human genes, plant genes, pathogens, molecular biology related enzymes, the recombinant proteins and antibodies for different purposes. The services include gene synthesis and clone, protein expression and purification, antibody generation and identification, proteomic analysis and biological microarrays. BPI is also undertaking many research programs funded by Department of Science and Technology and other financial agencies in China, and builds close collaborations with universities, research institutions and biotechnology companies both domestically and internationally.
