Shanghai JPY Ion-Tech Co., Ltd. (SHJPY) was founded in January 2002 and specialized in Gamma irradiation sterilization service.

SHJPY covers 20,000 m2 factory areas. The design loading 60cobalt radiation source of SHJPY’ first irradiator is of 4 mega curies, and the design loading 60cobalt radiation source of the second irradiator currently in the process of constructing is of 6 mega curies, and the latter is the Gamma irradiator with the biggest Gamma irradiation processing capacity. These two Gamma irradiators are of international leading technology level of sides and levels automatically changing system. SHJPY provides Gamma irradiation services for customers’ product, such as disposable medical products, raw materials, packaging, foods, cosmetic, toys, as well as enhancing the performance of polymers, etc.

Based on the SZJPY's over 20 years’ technology, good practice and experience in gamma ray irradiation, in order to provide better and higher quality service to the customers, our quality systems are accredited TUV SUD China, and obtaining certificates of ISO9001:2008, 8ISO13485:2003, ISO11137:2006, ISO14001:2004, and OHSAS18001:2007. SHJPY is located in Qingpu Industrial Zone in Shanghai, west to Hongqiao Air Port and east to Suzhou, with A5, A8, A9, A11, A30 freeways, and the No. 204, 312, 320 National highways next to the factory, SHJPY really enjoys a very convenient transportation.
