Averica is a contract research organization (CRO) with specialized expertise in small molecule analysis and purification. We work with chemistry-driven discovery and development teams to speed drug candidate selection and shorten timelines into early development.
Averica was founded in 2007 as a source of chromatography expertise, with a leadership team having extensive experience in pharmaceutical R&D. We began using Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) technology in chiral and achiral separations, and have expanded to become a supplier of a wide variety of chromatography and analytical services. These services include providing scalable supply of predevelopment candidates, isolation and identification of unknown impurities, and custom analytical work aimed at assessing the “developability” of compounds.
Averica is located in the heart of the East Coast pharma corridor, just west of Boston, Massachusetts. Our name comes from the verb aver, meaning verify or prove true. Through strengths in speed and problem solving, we help companies understand their compounds and build confidence in their strategies.
